Rebuilt the ops dashboard for night-shift readability: dark first, glanceable alerts.
Engineering and delivery
Terraform IaC, EKS clusters, blue-green deploys, p99 latency down from 1.8s to 240ms.
Launch
A staged release, quality review and measurement plan protected the customer experience while the new system went live.
